In a recent statement from the Minister of Finance and Coordinating Minister of the Economy Mr. Wale Edun, he revealed that FGN has exempted VAT for Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG), Compressed Natural Gas (CNG), and Electric vehicles, among others. He also mentioned the introduction of tax incentives for deep offshore and gas production. These are some of the reforms proposed by the Presidential Fiscal Policy and Tax Reforms Committee.
