Our mandate
The Presidential Committee on Fiscal Policy and Tax Reform is divided into 3 Pillars, focusing on 5 Dimensions, with 10 Deliverables.
Revenue mobilisation, quality of spending, sustainable debt management.
Cross-cutting themes guiding every reform recommendation.
Concrete outputs the committee is accountable for producing.

The Committee’s secretariat services are provided by an independent professional firm with support from the Nigerian Economic Summit Group (NESG) and the Students’ Tax Clubs.
Responsibilities include research and impact assessment, preparation of committee and subcommittee reports, correspondence handling, stakeholder communications and a dashboard to monitor progress against set objectives and timelines.
